Wujiang Jujie Microfiber Garment Co., Ltd. was founded on August 3, 2010 On August 17, 2010, Wujiang Jujie Microfibre Import and Export Co., Ltd. was established.

On December 22, 2011, Wujiang Jujie Garment and Fabric Co., Ltd. was changed to Jiangsu Jujie Microfibre Textile Technology Co., Ltd.

On April 10, 2012, Wujiang Jujie Microfiber Clean Textiles Co., Ltd. was established.

On April 7, 2017, Jiangsu Jujie Microfibre Textile Technology Group Co., Ltd. was changed to Jiangsu Jujie Microfibre Technology Group Co., Ltd. and completed Suzhou Jujie Special Materials Co., Ltd. was founded on November 23, 2017
